Nagesh Shetty, born in Bantwala Taluk on 20/04/1995, is a passionate entrepreneur with a strong foundation in social service and business development. He holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Mangalore University and demonstrated leadership qualities early in his academic journey.
During his college years, he served as an NSS Unit Leader and actively participated in the National Service Scheme (NSS) for three years. He represented the university in Kabaddi and Handball tournaments and was honored with a State-Level Prize for Social Work Activity. Alongside academics, he actively engaged in various social, cultural, and sports activities, reflecting a well-rounded personality and leadership mindset.
Professional Journey
His professional career began at JLL Pvt. Ltd. as a Sales Representative during 2016–2017. Through dedication and consistent performance, he achieved the Best Sales Executive – State Award (2017–2018) presented by MD MP Ramachandran for Maxxo Creative, recognizing his high sales achievements. He was subsequently promoted to the position of Sales Officer.
Driven by an entrepreneurial vision, he expanded into independent business ventures:
2019 – Started his own tourism business
2020 – Entered fertilizer distribution
2024 – Launched a canteen business with his younger brother
2025 – Entered the catering industry
Currently managing catering services at ECA Club, Bangalore, and the Krupanidhi Group of Institutions
2026 – Entered the own branded fertilizer manufacturing industry
